Caucus employees can access their e-mail from anywhere via the Web.

OneDrive for Business OneDrive for Business
Access all of your documents stored in OneDrive for Business.

SharePoint Online SharePoint Online
Caucus employees can access our internal sharepoint environment here.

Indigov Indigov
Here you are able to log in to the Indigov application.

HRIS Employee Self Service (HRIS)
Through HRIS, you will be able to quickly and easily complete personnel-related tasks online and access important human resource documents.

Legislative Data Processing Center provides the LDP site as a service to the general assembly. Due to LDP security standards, passwords are not able to be retrieved or reset while working remotely

Microsoft Office is now provided through Office 365. On the Portal site, click the App Launcher or Office 365 button, located in the upper left corner of the page. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote are available for remote use. Remember, any item created on these sites, are automatically saved in your OneDrive for Business (OneDrive- PAHofR file in File Explorer)

If you would like to work in Office 2016 on your personal device and do not have the Office Suite installed, follow these instructions.

Published Apps

Click this link to access applications such as Google Chrome and Edge in order to browse websites and internal applications as if you were inside the Caucus network or to access your Remote Desktop (your caucus workstation must be turned on to use Remote Desktop).

Microsoft Edge Microsoft Edge
Allows browser access and functions as if you are on your Caucus Desktop computer. Edge offers the best compatibility and integration with Microsoft Office.

Chrome Google Chrome
Allows browser access and functions as if you are on your Caucus Desktop computer.

RDP Remote Desktop (RDP)
Presents your own desktop as if you were at work. Use this to access your mapped drives, LDPC, Bill Analysis, full versions of Microsoft Office, and specialized software you might have downloaded and installed on your workstation at work.

Microsoft Edge DTV and Indigov
Allow you access directly to these applications as if you were at your Caucus Desktop computer.

Virtual Desktop

Click this link to gain access to a Windows 10 desktop environment as if you were inside the Caucus network. You will be able to access your mapped drives, files from your OneDrive, internal Caucus applications, as well as view DTV among many other services from this full desktop experience.
